Conventional Oven Preparation

Ingredients

  • Favorite Las Campanas Burritos or Chimichangas (1 package)
  • Mole Sauce (8.25 oz. jar)
  • Queso Fresco, crumbled (4 oz.)

Directions

  1. PREHEAT the oven to 375°F
  2. Prepare the mole sauce according to directions on jar
  3. Place the burritos is a 9×13” baking dish
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mole is bubbling
  5. Remove from the oven and top with the Queso Fresco
  6. Serve with rice and beans

Microwave Preparation

Ingredients

  • Favorite Tina’s Burrito (1-2)
  • Mole Sauce (8.25 oz. jar)
  • Queso Fresco, crumbled (1 oz.)

Directions

  1. Remove burrito from wrapper and place on a microwave safe plate
  2. Prepare the mole sauce according to directions on jar
  3. Heat desired number of burritos according to instructions on package. Cover cooked burritos with mole sauce.
  4. Garnish with the Queso Fresco and serve
