Mole Burrito
Conventional Oven Preparation
Ingredients
- Favorite Las Campanas Burritos or Chimichangas (1 package)
- Mole Sauce (8.25 oz. jar)
- Queso Fresco, crumbled (4 oz.)
Directions
- PREHEAT the oven to 375°F
- Prepare the mole sauce according to directions on jar
- Place the burritos is a 9×13” baking dish
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mole is bubbling
- Remove from the oven and top with the Queso Fresco
- Serve with rice and beans
Microwave Preparation
Ingredients
- Favorite Tina’s Burrito (1-2)
- Mole Sauce (8.25 oz. jar)
- Queso Fresco, crumbled (1 oz.)
Directions
- Remove burrito from wrapper and place on a microwave safe plate
- Prepare the mole sauce according to directions on jar
- Heat desired number of burritos according to instructions on package. Cover cooked burritos with mole sauce.
- Garnish with the Queso Fresco and serve
