Huevos Rancheros Burrito

Conventional Oven Preparation

Ingredients

  • Favorite Las Campanas Burritos or Chimichangas (1 package)
  • Ranchero Sauce or Salsa (8.25 oz. jar)
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese (4 oz.)
  • Egg, fried (6)

Directions

  1. PREHEAT the oven to 375°F
  2. Place the burritos is a 9×13” baking dish
  3. Top with ranchero sauce or salsa and then sprinkle with cheddar cheese
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the burritos are hot
  5. While the burritos are baking, fry the eggs to desired doneness
  6. Remove the burritos from the oven, top with eggs and serve
  7. Accompany with rice and beans

Microwave Preparation

Ingredients

  • Favorite Tina’s Burrito or Chimichanga (1-2)
  • Ranchero Sauce or Salsa (8.25 oz. jar)
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 oz.)
  • Egg, fried (1)

Directions

  1. Remove burrito from wrapper and place on a microwave safe plate
  2. Top the burrito with desired amount of ranchero sauce or salsa and top with cheddar cheese
  3. Place in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or until hot
  4. Fry the egg to desired doneness and serve on top of the burrito
