Corn Chip Pie Burrito

Conventional Oven Preparation

Ingredients

  • Favorite Las Campanas Burritos or Chimichangas (1 package)
  • Chili (30 oz.)
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese (8 oz.)
  • Corn Chips (1 bag)
  • Green Onion, sliced (1 ea.)
  • Tomato, diced (1 ea.)
  • Sour Cream (To taste)

Directions

  1. PREHEAT the oven to 375°F
  2. Place the burritos is a 9×13” baking dish
  3. Pour the chili over the burritos
  4. Top with the cheddar cheese
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted
  6. Remove from the oven and top with corn chips, green onions, tomatoes and sour cream

Microwave Preparation

Ingredients

  • Favorite Las Campanas Burrito or Chimichanga (1-2)
  • Chili (1 – 14 oz. can)
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese (To taste)
  • Bag of corn chips (1 – 1.5 oz bag)
  • Sliced Green Onion (To taste)
  • Tomato, diced (To taste)
  • Sour Cream (To taste)

Directions

  1. Remove burrito from wrapper and place on a microwave safe plate
  2. Top the burrito with desired amount of chili and cheddar cheese
  3. Place in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or until hot
  4. Garnish as desired with corn chips, green onions, diced tomato and sour cream
